Rum-Tini

1: Prepare the coconut sugar simple syrup by combining 1/4 cup filtered water with 1/4 cup coconut sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.

2: Stir until the sugar dissolves and allow it to cool.

3: For the maple & cinnamon rim, mix 3 tbsp maple syrup and 3 tbsp cinnamon on a plate.

4: Rim the glass with maple syrup and dip it into the cinnamon mixture.

5: In a shaker, combine 4 oz dark rum, 2 oz spiced apple cider, juice of 1 lime, and 1.5 oz of the simple syrup with ice.

6: Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.

7: Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick (optional).
